Beste Kim,

Ons protocol standaard bij milttumor zou zijn:

1 comfortan 0,2-0,4mg/kg IM en 45min wachten

2 metedomidine 0,005ml/kg IV (afh v excitatie)

3 propofol dosis 1 1,5mg/kg IV

4 valium 0,25mg/kg IV

5 propofol dosis 2 1-1,5mg/kg vnl op effect

6 atropine 0,04mg/kg sc bij intubatie
